ポイント
Hit the spot／すごく満足だ
同じような表現で「hit the sack」というフレーズがありますが、今回の「hit the spot」とは違いがあります。「hit the spot」はさっぱりしたものを食べたり飲んだりする時によく使われます。だいたい食事や軽食を食べ終わった時に言います。日本語の「美味しかった」と似ています。ネイティブスピーカーは日本人のように食べ終わった時に「that was delicious」とはそんなに言いません。
