"end of the line" は、バスや電車などの路線の終点を指すフレーズです。
以前出てきた "final stop"（終点）と一緒に覚えましょう。

"end of the line" は「終点」の意味だけでなく「どん詰まり」「行き詰まり」という意味もあります。
