【ニュアンス解説】
今回も雨にちなんだフレーズです。ポイントは I wish 〜 would 〜 の部分。
これは「〜ならいいのに」と、そうなる可能性が低い願い事をする時によく使うパターンになります。

ポイント
「In the same boat」は2人以上の人に同じことが起こった時に使います。「同じ状況にある」という意味です。
この表現はだいたい悪い、もしくは厳しい状況の時に使われます。あまり良いニュアンスではないですね。
